## What triggers it

A compact C4 width budget smaller than a card, nested boundary, protected label corridor or authored placement constraint can accommodate. Content is retained at its legible size.

## How to fix it

Increase the requested width, allow wrapping, remove explicit placement constraints or split the diagram. The warning reports a limitation rather than silently shrinking or dropping content.

Run `am verify diagram.mmd --json`, inspect this code, and apply the smallest source or typed mutation that clears it. If it persists after two mechanical attempts, return the warning and ask for human review.
