VALUES_OUTSIDE_RANGE
VALUES_OUTSIDE_RANGE is a lint warning: an XY chart has values outside its authored y-axis range, so the chart misstates them: a bar stops at the edge of the range and a line point is drawn past the plot.
What triggers it. A y-axis min --> max range that does not reach every value of a series. The warning names the series, the values outside the range, and the range itself; a bar chart drawn with bar [5, 20] on 0 --> 10 shows the two bars at a 1:2 length ratio instead of 1:4.
How to fix it. Widen the range with set_y_axis so it reaches every value, or remove the range so the axis fits the data.
