CONTENT_OCCLUDED
CONTENT_OCCLUDED is a geometric error: a measured label plate, card or header covers authored text or an interaction marker in the final drawing.
What triggers it. Dense relationships competing for a label corridor, containment relationships with insufficient clearance, or authored label offsets that move text over protected content. The warning names the affected interaction.
How to fix it. Remove the conflicting label offset, increase available space or split the view. Persistent occlusion without authored offsets is a renderer defect. Verification fails because retained metadata alone does not make hidden content readable.
Run am verify diagram.mmd --json, inspect this code, and apply the smallest source or typed mutation that clears it. If it persists after two mechanical attempts, return the warning and ask for human review.
